Scott Seefeld

Scott Seefeld, President and CEO
Scott Seefeld, CPA, launched The Titus Group (now Titus) in 2002 from a start-up office in Indianapolis, growing the firm to its current footprint. Prior to starting Titus, Scott was among the initial employees of AuditForce (now Jefferson Wells). As CFO and one of three corporate officers of the firm, Scott was instrumental in growing AuditForce to $175 million in annual revenue with more than 1,400 employees in 24 offices across the United States and Canada. Earlier in his career, Scott worked in the audit department of Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), and was Audit Senior Manager for BDO Seidman, LLP (fifth largest international public accounting firm). He is a graduate of Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Scott's charitable work includes serving on the board for Valparaiso University.

Ron Bocciardi


Ron Bocciardi, Executive Vice President

Ron Bocciardi, CPA, is a Titus co-founder committed to the vision of the firm. Prior to joining Titus, he was a Corporate Director of a start-up professional services firm which he helped grow to $100 million in sales in five years. Ron has spent 15 years in public accounting/professional services including as Audit Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services for BDO Seidman, LLP (fifth largest international public accounting firm). He began his career in the Silicon Valley working for a large regional public accounting firm and in external financial reporting for a subsidiary of Apple Computer. Ron graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ron's charitable work includes serving on the President’s Council for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and fundraising for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.

Brian Schneider


Brian Schneider, Vice President

Brian Schneider, CPA, is a member of the executive team and is the Managing Director for our Indianapolis Office. Prior to joining Titus, Brian worked as an Audit Manager for a public accounting firm, Internal Audit Manager of a publicly traded Fortune 1000 insurance brokerage company and Vice President of Finance for an Indianapolis marketing and consulting firm. He is a graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Brian is active in the community, serving on the Board of Governors of the Indianapolis chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a Big Brother of Indianapolis.

Greg Fritsch


Greg Fritsch, Vice President and Managing Director

Greg Fritsch, Vice President and Managing Director, is a member of the executive team and is the Managing Director of Titus' Wisconsin office and our National Energy Management Services Practice. Prior to joining Titus in 2004, Greg worked in the banking industry for nearly two decades. While in banking, Greg worked as Senior Lender and Chief Credit Officer for a de novo community bank, a Vice President of Commercial Lending at a top tier regional bank, as well as a host of other positions of increasing responsibility and authority throughout his career. He is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Greg is an avid sportsman, an active volunteer for numerous charities and faith initiatives and is well known in the Milwaukee business community.
